Hotel Rules
The Broadway Hotel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us prior to the stated cancellation policy times.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel or shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If the reservation is not canceled within the cancellation period, your credit card will be charged for the room minus the 8% Lodging Tax.
PARKING / MAIN ENTRANCE:
Please note when arriving parking is in the back behind the building.
From Broadway turn Left at the red light-Sansome Street.
Parking and main entrance is just past the Brewery building on the left.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
48 Hours
ADDITIONAL GUESTS PER ROOM:
For more than two guests per room a charge of $15 per person per night will be added.
THE BROADWAY HOTEL IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY:
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
LOST KEYS:
In the event of lost or misplaced keys to your room and hotel, there will be a $50 service fee for replacement of keys. If misplaced keys are found and returned to the hotel, the service fee will be refunded.
PET POLICY:
At this time we will not allow pets in our rooms.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES:
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license or ID. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
